KNOW YOUR LAND is a unique portal that provides real-time analysis and expert consultation to transform the way land gets researched, developed and monetized. It is a one-stop destination for expert guidance for land transaction and development. KYL allows you to keep tabs on the latest Government policies, programs, market trends, master plans and keeps you up-to-date with ongoing advancements in the real estate sector.

KYL teamed up with Wishbox to revamp their website. The initial meetings with the partners were held over a period of two weeks for brand discovery and understanding their objectives to build a strategic plan that allowed us to achieve their target conversion rate. KYL wanted a clean, crisp, impactful and easy-to-read website.

Keeping that in mind we designed the interface, keeping the website minimalistic and to the point. The colour scheme chosen for the website is Black and White with elements of Teal for some colour pop. There is a constant theme of land topography in the background throughout the website, keeping it consistent with the logo of the company. The topography is a key visual which enables an instant connection in a visitor’s mind about what the brand is all about.

There are four main pages on the website, Home, About Us, Get Your Land Report and Meet the Expert. The pages make sure that the customer understands that they are dealing with highly experienced individuals in this field and that their advice is trustworthy. Keeping the same trust factor in mind the Testimonials shown on the home page have been depicted along with pictures of individuals who have contributed the reviews. Putting a face to the name enables trusting the legitimacy of the brand. Multiple intelligent Call-to-Action buttons (CTA’s) are added in every sub-section, of every page, to enable the audience to take action easily. The text has been kept minimal and to the point which allows the customer to pay more attention to the CTA’s. To keep the viewers engaged with the website in the future, their upcoming services have also been mentioned on the home page.
