At Renest, we’re adopting what we call the Green Architecture. Through our Green Architecture, we ensure that we save energy wherever possible. From design, construction,
maintenance, to the subsequent demolition, our architecture focuses on using renewal energy, the local climate, and eco-friendly and vernacular materials to make this possible.
Further, we apply methods and techniques that help us measure and track our energy consumption in real-time.
Although these practices involve huge capital investments and longterm decision making, Renest is being developed without cutting any corners.
One of our most challenging problems is to find the perfect balance between timeless and sustainable aesthetics and the ever-changing trends in architecture, material choices, and
consumer expectations. Timeless aesthetics will give sustainability to our investments, therefore moving away from trendy architecture and interiors that aren’t built to last is an
important criterion of our design and development process.
